At Anime Kraf, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things may not work out, and we want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is hassle-free. Below are the guidelines regarding refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a refund or replacement.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send you the correct item at no extra cost.
- Non-refundable Items: Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are non-refundable. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-refundable.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
- Contact our customer service team at support@animekraf.com.
- Provide your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the damaged/wrong item.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days. Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item.
